CodeMark

CodeMark is an Australian product certification scheme administered by the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) that confirms a building product or system meets the performance requirements of the National Construction Code (NCC). A CodeMark certificate gives builders and certifiers confidence that a product is NCC-compliant without needing a site-specific performance solution.

Each certificate carries a unique number (e.g. CodeMark CM-90002 for TermiMesh stainless steel termite mesh) and specifies the scope of use, installation conditions, and the NCC provisions satisfied. CodeMark certificates must be issued by a JAS-ANZ-accredited certification body and are published publicly in the CodeMark register at abcb.gov.au. On termite barrier products, CodeMark is the standard method for confirming AS 3660.1 compliance under NCC 2022 HP 3.4.2.
