Ask Chalkline about this →Adjudicate Today Pty Ltd is the largest of seven Authorised Nominating Authorities (ANAs) approved by the NSW Government to administer adjudication applications under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW) (verified 2026-05-15, NSW Government, Authorised nominating authorities).
What an ANA does
Under sections 17 and 18 of the Act, an ANA:
- Receives the adjudication application from the claimant.
- Appoints an adjudicator from its registered pool (within 4 business days; if not, the claimant can withdraw and re-lodge with another ANA under s26(1)(a)).
- Issues the adjudication certificate under s24 (used to register the determination as a court judgment for enforcement).
Adjudicate Today fee schedule
All fees GST-inclusive, current from 13 May 2025 (verified 2026-05-15, Adjudicate Today, Fee Policy):

Claims over $50,000 are billed at hourly rates: Grade 1 $310/hr, Grade 2 $450/hr, Senior or Chief adjudicator $540/hr.
Adjudication certificate fees (for court enforcement): $110 (claim up to $15K), $330 ($15,001 to $40K), $550 ($40,001 to $750K), $825 (over $750K).
No application fee
Adjudicate Today does not charge to lodge an application. Adjudicator fees are payable only after the adjudicator completes the determination, or after the claimant withdraws once the adjudicator has commenced work. Contact: 1300 760 297.
